We joined the project at a critical stage when a new website was essential to showcase the business effectively, highlight its unique offerings, boost brand visibility and trust, and attract customers organically. Within weeks of launching the website, we began developing SEO-focused content. Along the way, we leveraged real data to refine processes, automate workflows, and make continuous improvements.
TTES had an existing website, quickly created and running for several months, but it was clear that a significant upgrade was needed to elevate its presence and align it with the company’s goals. With TTES’s unique market position – offering unmatched transformer delivery speed – we knew this had to be the main point of the new website. This, along with other competitive advantages, became the foundation for our strategy moving forward.
After refining multiple design concepts, we swiftly gained approval and moved into coding, seamlessly integrating additional tools before successfully launching the website.
A key feature to highlight is the blog section, which was available from day one, alongside a robust search function. Prioritizing quick access to information and effortless navigation through the product offerings were central to our focus, ensuring an optimized user experience.
Achieving organic growth on Google and other search engines is exciting for any business. However, to succeed in an environment where everyone aims for the same, it’s essential to tailor SEO efforts directly to the specific phase of the business and its customer acquisition strategy.
Key factors include defining specific KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), the business proposition, the target customer profile, and understanding the competition. The formula is straightforward: SEO activities should support business goals → Business goals are defined by achievable KPIs → KPIs must align with the timeline and be backed by SEO data analysis → This delivers measurable results. If these measurable results significantly exceed the investment within the given timeframe, the strategy is deemed successful.
At the start of any SEO strategy, it’s crucial to understand the “cards” you’re dealt. In our case, we were working with a fairly new business that few people knew about, a low-reputation domain (a common challenge for new domains), a brand-new website, and no existing content to leverage. With this setup, the only viable option was to start from scratch. While it would have been ideal to rank for competitive keywords like “1-Phase transformers” right away, the domain’s current reputation, strong competition, and minimal traffic made this approach highly challenging.
Instead, we got creative and opted to build a stronger foundation through highly relevant SEO blog content. By targeting low-competition, decent-search-volume keywords, we generated traffic and established the reputation fundamentals needed to grow. This approach positioned us to: a) Rank for more competitive keywords over time b) Attract relevant leads through strategically crafted content
At first glance, this workaround might seem stupid – why not focus on the most critical keywords immediately? The answer lies in the time horizon. For early-stage businesses, carefully selecting the best, most relevant keywords (even if they frame search queries differently) enables you to reach more customers than you would by chasing highly competitive terms. With this strategy, you build momentum and credibility, paving the way for long-term success in dominating core keywords.
Position on the Search Engine Results Page (SERP) matters – top positions receive disproportionately more traffic than lower ones. While this is obvious, the ultimate goal is to drive as many customers as possible through search engines. Achieving this through lower-ranking keywords is a perfectly valid approach, especially during the early growth stage, as we did with TTES.
By creating highly relevant SEO blog articles, we increased the total keyword count on Google in the U.S. from just 1 keyword to over 2,000 unique search terms. This means 2,000+ different search queries now lead customers to the site. While some keywords may be less relevant, hundreds of them rank in the top 10 and are highly relevant to the target audience.
With advanced tools, we conducted an in-depth analysis of user behavior using heatmaps and session recordings. These tools allowed us to identify which blogs and specific sections users visited before navigating to the actual products and how they interacted with the form submission, the website’s primary call-to-action.
By filtering successful sessions, we observed common patterns and optimized them further. Conversely, by identifying unsuccessful sessions, we pinpointed recurring issues and worked to eliminate them.
Automated processes save time, eliminate mistakes, and enable unlimited scalability. With TTES, we identified that the time-consuming process of generating quotes—where submitted requests in various formats had to be manually processed—could be fully automated. This reduced the average time from 10-20 minutes to just a few clicks.
Once a quote request is received, it is formatted correctly and processed by a configured AI. The AI extracts the necessary parameters, inserts them into a predefined quote template, and sends it directly to the client for approval.
These are the four key foundations we used to establish and scale TTES’s online presence.
Highly relevant SEO content created on an ongoing basis and repurposed for social media to maximize its reach.
Session recordings, heatmaps, funnels, demographics, specific behaviors across individual subpages, and more.
Customer journey-related data is implemented for continuous user experience and conversion improvements.
Automating website and analytics-related tasks, leveraging external tools, and saving time.
The process is more of an ongoing effort, adapting as we go, since the needs for leveraging the website and online presence are constantly evolving, reflecting our activities, focus, and priorities.
The website creation stage was completed in 5 weeks, including time for feedback and a successful launch.
Right after the website launch, we began producing highly relevant SEO content.
For a few months, we focused solely on producing more content to establish strong SEO fundamentals.
The creation of the automated system took a few weeks as we needed to thoroughly test everything and educate the client on using the new features.
With all metrics improving, we began optimizing the website based on real insights.
We continue building on everything we started, consistently leveraging the entire site. With increasing traction, more in-depth adjustments are being implemented.
One of the standout aspects of our engagement with TTES is the trust and freedom the team provides, allowing us to work without constant approvals. This approach significantly accelerates the process, enabling us to implement strategies quickly. In most cases, this freedom translates into better results, as we can focus our full attention where it matters most.
With TTES, we continue scaling content and leveraging SEO. Thanks to a strong SEO foundation, we’re now targeting even highly competitive areas and have achieved over 100 keywords in the #1 position on Google in the U.S. As more data flows in, we refine the layout and continually expand the site. Additionally, we’ve begun exploring other marketing channels, positioning TTES not only as the leader in unrivaled transformer delivery times but also as a force to conquer the online landscape.
